By using the services of the online platform smm-hub.com (the “Service”), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Romanskyi (Tax ID: 3479800290), you agree to the following terms:

1. Once an order has been launched, it cannot be cancelled. This is an automated process, so the User must verify the accuracy of the entered data before placing the order. Claims in this regard are not accepted. However, in exceptional cases we are willing to accommodate.

2. When services are delivered, there are minor risks of drops on the part of the social networks. Our clients assume these risks. Claims on such matters are not accepted.

3. The client must not order services for the same account from different providers, as this may cause an error without the possibility of recalculation. In such a case the client fully assumes all risks.

4. The User is solely responsible for the availability of the resources for which the services were ordered. If the website, social network or page for which the service was ordered has been deleted, blocked, or access to it has been restricted for any reason, the service is deemed fulfilled without clarification of the circumstances.

5. The description of each specific service and the conditions of its delivery is an integral part of these Terms.

6. Prices and conditions for the provision of services may be changed at any time without prior notice. The current conditions are set out in the service descriptions.

7. We never provide any guarantees regarding the speed and timing of service delivery. All figures stated in the descriptions are of a statistical nature only. When you receive information about timing, you learn only our approximate estimate.

8. smm-hub.com is not liable for any harm caused to you or your business. During service delivery, social networks usually do not impose sanctions on accounts, but should this happen, we bear no responsibility.

9. The acceptable margin of fulfilment is ±100%. We guarantee the fulfilment of the obligations for the chosen service, but we do not guarantee that new followers will interact with you or meet any other expectations.

10. We strive to provide the highest-quality services, but we do not guarantee that 100% of accounts will have an avatar, a bio and posts.

11. You agree that you will not submit prohibited materials, including nudity, narcotic substances, weapons, calls to suicide, or offers of unlawful activity.

12. While follower services are being delivered, the account must be public, unless otherwise stated in the conditions of the chosen service.

13. All statuses and additional order information may be out of date and updated with a delay. Current metrics can be tracked on the relevant profile.

14. If, within the warranty period after the service has been completed, you experience drops and the number of followers falls below the planned amount, you may request an additional refill. The warranty applies only to drops of followers ordered with a warranty. Placing a new order ends the warranty period of the previous order for the same page. A warranty claim may be denied if it is impossible to reliably determine which followers were dropped.

15. We may refuse service to any user without explanation.

16. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted on our Service. Any duplicate accounts are automatically removed by the system.

17. Every user who places an order automatically accepts these rules.

18. Payment and refunds. Payment for a completed order is final. If an order cannot be fulfilled on our side, the funds are returned to the account balance or via the same payment method. For payment matters, contact support: [email protected].

19. Prohibition of chargebacks and fraud. By making a payment, the User agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for paid and delivered services. The use of someone else’s or a stolen bank card results in account suspension without a refund.

20. Age restriction. The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Service.
