This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of users of the smm-hub.com online service (the “SMM Hub” brand) is collected, used, stored and protected. The service provides social media promotion (followers, likes, views, comments) for Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Twitch and other platforms.

The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Romanskyi, Tax ID 3479800290, Kyiv Region, Ukraine. Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.

By using the website and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the service.

We collect only the data necessary to place and fulfil your order:

• Contact details — your email address and, where required, other contact information you voluntarily provide when placing an order or contacting support;
• Order data — links to public social media profiles, posts or videos, and the type and volume of the service selected;
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, cookies, and data about your interaction with the website (see the cookies section for details).

Payment is made by bank card (via licensed payment providers), cryptocurrency or from the account balance; card details are processed directly by the payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers. We never ask for the passwords to your social media accounts — only a link to a public object is needed to deliver the service.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• providing and fulfilling the ordered services, including payment processing and technical execution of the order;
• communicating with you, providing support and responding to enquiries;
• ensuring the security of the service and preventing fraud and abuse;
• complying with legal requirements (in particular tax and accounting obligations);

The legal bases for processing are the performance of the contract (your placed order) between you and the provider, your consent, compliance with the controller's legal obligations, and the legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse. • Cloudflare — infrastructure, security and content delivery (CDN);
• Anthropic — AI assistant in the support chat: chat messages may be processed to prepare a reply;
• Google Analytics — anonymised web analytics.

Each processor handles data solely for the defined purposes and is required to ensure its proper protection. We may also disclose data at the request of competent government authorities in cases provided for by law. Some processors (Cloudflare, Mailgun, Google, Anthropic) are located outside Ukraine — data is shared with them only to the extent necessary to operate the service.

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and the purposes of this Policy, as well as for the periods required by law (in particular for tax and accounting purposes). Once the processing purposes are achieved, data is deleted or anonymised.

We apply organisational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data, infrastructure protection and regular security monitoring. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting data over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data you transmit online.
