This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of users of the smm-hub.com online service (the “SMM Hub” brand) is collected, used, stored and protected. The service provides social media promotion (followers, likes, views, comments) for Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Twitch and other platforms.

The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Romanskyi, Tax ID 3479800290, Kyiv, Ukraine. Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.

By using the website and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the service.

We collect only the data necessary to place and fulfil your order:

• Contact details — your email address and, where required, other contact information you voluntarily provide when placing an order or contacting support;
• Order data — links to public social media profiles, posts or videos, and the type and volume of the service selected;

Payment is made by bank card in Ukrainian hryvnia; card details are processed directly by the payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers. We never ask for the passwords to your social media accounts — only a link to a public object is needed to deliver the service.

Chargebacks for paid and completed services are prohibited, and the use of someone else's or a stolen card results in a block without a refund.
